Retail that Shines: Story, Experience and Sustainable Revenue

This year, Ambience Director Stephen Spencer will be speaking alongside Robert Bowey of Distinkt in a session titled Retail that Shines: Story, Experience and Sustainable Revenue.

Together, they’ll explore how retail can become far more than a transactional space. When designed thoughtfully, retail has the power to extend storytelling, deepen engagement, improve the overall visitor journey and generate more sustainable income for museums, galleries and heritage attractions.

The session will share practical ideas, fresh thinking and real examples of how organisations can use retail as a meaningful part of the wider experience.

We’re also proud to be creating the Ambience Networking Lounge.

Designed as a welcoming space within the show, the lounge offers visitors somewhere to pause, recharge, meet others and have the kind of conversations that often prove most valuable at events like this.
